At Bfriend we support young people throughout South Ayrshire who could benefit from social opportunities with a trusted and supportive volunteer adult befriender.
We would like to reach out to introduce the project to you, in case you are unaware of the amazing work that is carried out by our volunteer befrienders.
We recruit volunteers to be trained as befrienders for our young people. We find that the best way of recruiting volunteers is to speak to local groups and people about our project. Therefore, I am hoping that you will share our information with your staff, volunteers and wider network – anyone who may be interested in becoming a befriender!
