Postal voters who applied for a postal vote between Monday 10 June and Wednesday 19 June should receive their postal packs on Saturday 29 June.
If you do not receive your postal pack on Saturday, you should contact the Election Office on 01292 612300 on Monday 1 July and a replacement postal vote will be issued.
If you still require an earlier replacement (e.g you are leaving for holiday before your postal vote is due to arrive), you should contact us immediately so you can be issued with a replacement.
The Royal Mail will use their best endeavours to prioritise returning postal votes to Returning Officers. Postal votes should be completed and returned immediately.
